Responsibilities

• Provide high-level ABA therapy and clinical oversight in clinic setting. 

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans. 

• Supervise and mentor CBTs (Certified Behavior Technicians) and practicum students. 

• Lead parent training sessions to ensure continuity of care and family success. 

• Analyze clinical data to update treatment goals and ensure ethical, high-quality outcomes. 

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/LBA certification required
• Master’s degree in ABA
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 1+ year BCBA experience preferred
