ABA Therapy

Famspring was born from a firsthand understanding of the challenges and triumphs of raising a child with autism. We are a child-centered ABA practice committed to joyful, child-led, and neurodiversity-affirming care. We believe meaningful progress happens through connection, enthusiasm, and creativity—not compliance-driven approaches. Our team values collaboration, emotional regulation, and building genuine relationships with learners and families.

We believe:

  • ABA should be joyful, child-affirming, and meaningful
  • Learners thrive when given autonomy and respect
  • Strong relationships drive the best outcomes
  • Clinicians deserve flexibility, support, and room to grow

We are looking for BCBA or LABA who bring energy, flexibility, and heart to their work.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Autonomy & Flexibility – Design and adapt programming while receiving collaborative clinical support (not micromanagement)
  • Growth-Oriented Environment – Opportunities to mentor staff, contribute to program development, and evolve into leadership roles at a small and growing practice
  • Collaborative Culture – Work closely with experienced professionals who value feedback and shared problem-solving
  • Manageable Caseloads – Typically 5–7 clients, with a focus on quality over volume

  • A strong mentor who can both support and hold Behavior Technicians accountable
