Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client intakes, including parent interviews, observations, and assessments
- Develop individualized, meaningful treatment plans
- Supervise and provide clear, supportive, and actionable feedback to Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA or LABA certification and Washington state licensure
- 3+ years experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- SBT experience is a plus!
- 1+ years of experience supervising and training Behavior Technicians
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Eastside Seattle area
Schedule, Caseload & Location
- Schedule: ~20–30 hours per week (mix of direct, supervision, and indirect time) with opportunities for growth
- Caseload: 5-7 clients
- Location: Services provided in home, school, and community settings across the Eastside area (Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah)
- Flexible scheduling is based on client needs; morning and evening availability is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $60–$70 per hour
- Flexible schedule
- Mileage reimbursement between client locations
